Quality control at entry
From basic to tailor-made controls
The first inspection at Fresh Connection consists of checking and logging the temperature of your reefer cargo. We also make a visual assessment of the goods and packaging. If we see deviating values, we will contact you.
On request, we can carry out various quality checks on every product we receive. Our competent in-house quality controllers will carry out the checks meticulously. This can range from a standard quality check to a detailed report that is tailored to your specifications. Our quality team uses the latest technologies. After each quality check, the reports are immediately available online.
If a problem occurs, we respond quickly. We provide quick feedback in order to find a solution together and advise you on the steps we can take.

Quality control of stock
On request, our employees can carry out rechecks on all fruit and vegetables in our cold stores. They will check the reefer cargo to ensure that it contains the correct amount of the product, that it is at the correct temperature and that it is of the necessary quality.
If there are any problems our employees will contact you immediately and together we will look for a solution. There is a permanent team at the office, as well as those in our refrigerated warehouses, and they are always on standby ready to help you.
